BARFOLD HOUSE

The scope of works involved the complete restoration and renovation of a run down farmhouse. The project involved major work from the foundations to the roof line structure. Internal walls were removed to create an open plan design, French doors added throughout to bring the outside in and to take advantage of spectacular countryside views from every angle. The 'back' of the house was opened and a large deck built to turn the house around to look across to the spectacular Mt Alexander ranges.

New custom designed kitchen with Ceaserstone bench tops, new appliances, new ensuite, polished timber flooring, New Zealand wool carpets throughout the bedrooms created a house of country comfort with the luxuries the clients expected. Landscaper Phillip Stray extensively landscaped the outside gardens with Australian natives along with local sandstone paved area's.
